Based in the heart of Dublin city on 53 Aungier St, Dublin 2, Dublin YMCA Gym combines everything you need to get real results and total body training such as our fully-equipped  gym with squat racks, machine weights, dedicated free weights section, conditioning equipment, cardio equipment, spyn studio that doubles as a ladies only gym and over 30 fitness classes per week.

We have Pay As You Go Gym for only €6.50 & fitness classes from only €6! We have memberships options from monthly direct debits to upfront offers for  3 months, 6 months or 12 months options. Download our app on Glofox (available on Android & iOS) to book in for classes or to buy your membership!

Fitness Classes at Dublin YMCA Gym

Our legendary fitness classes range from Strength & Conditioning Circuits,  Yoga, Ballet Sculpt, Barbells to the Beat,  Beginners Step & more  and  take place every weekday morning, lunchtime and evening! That’s over 30 classes per week, from only €6 Pay As You Go! Call in and check out the original and the best classes Dublin has to offer! Our fitness classes take place in our sports hall, dance studio or spyn studio.
