Our Senior Fitness Classes combine gentle cardiovascular activity and weight resistance exercises to offer a fun and functional total body workout. These classes are aimed at both men and women over the age of 55 and are suitable for all fitness levels. This class will help you increase your day to day fitness, your joint range of motion, flexibility and functional strength.
The classes take place in 53 Aungier St, Dublin 2 or 31a Claremont Road, Sandymount, Dublin 4.
Each class is only €4 each or you can buy a 10-class package for €26.50.
Aungier St Classes: Mondays at 11.30am; Wednesdays at 11.30am; Fridays at 11.30am
Sandymount Classes: Tuesdays at 2pm; Thursdays at 2pm
