Bringing over the best of our classes from Aungier St you can now get yourself in top shape with some of the best classes and trainers in the city. All classes take place in the studio or outdoors on our astro pitches when the sun is out! Using weight sleds, kettlebells, barbells, agility ladders and more these classes are guaranteed to push you past your plateau. (click for a free pass)
Teen Gym is an introduction to the gym environment for older teens/young adults. Correct use of a gym and its equipment is a challenge for anyone and especially for young people fresh to such an environment. The program introduces participants to gym workouts so as to encourage and motivate young people to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.
