This 4-week outdoor bootcamp in Sandymount, Dublin 4 will help you burn fat, build muscle and improve your overall fitness routine while you enjoy a fun outdoor group workout. Whether you are looking for a new challenge, want to get back into a fitness routine, lose weight and tone up for an event or want to try a group fitness workout this bootcamp is for you.
You will be guided by our team of fitness professionals who will motivate and encourage you to get the most out of each workout. You are can go at your own pace and all the exercises can be modified if you have any previous injuries. It is suitable for all fitness levels and once the course is finished our trainers will design a customised workout programme for you so can you continue with all your hard work.

Sandymount Bootcamp starts on 3rd September and runs every Monday at 7pm and Wednesday at 7pm.
You can also drop in and pay as you go for a Bootcamp session, which is €12 per session.

How long does each Bootcamp class last?
Each class is one-hour long & includes a warm-up & a cool down as well as the main workouts.
How much does it cost?
There are two package options. The silver package includes 4 classes in 4 weeks for €40, & the gold package includes 8 classes in 4 weeks & is €80. There is also the pay as you go option which is €12 per bootcamp session.
If I go for the Silver package, can I choose what what days suit me?
Yes, you can choose between Mondays at 7pm or Wednesdays at 7pm each week, and can change it up each week, depending on your schedule.
Where does it take place?
Bootcamp takes places our Astro pitches at YMCA Sandymount, Claremont Road. We are just two minutes from Sandymount village.

I’m new to exercise / I haven’t worked out in a very long time. Is the course suitable for me?
Yes, it’s suitable for both beginners and more advanced levels. The workouts can be adapted to suit your fitness levels and you can go at your own pace. If you need to take a quick break during a workout that’s okay.
What do I need to bring with me?
A bottle of water and a hand towel. You will need to wear comfortable, loose clothes for working out and make sure you wear runners.
Do you have car parking on site?
Yes, we have secure car parking in our Sandymount branch.
Do you have lockers, showers and changing rooms?
Yes, we have lockers, showers and changing rooms on site. You will need to bring your own lock and key for the lockers or else you can purchase one at the reception.
How do I book a place?
You can book a place by providing payment for your place on the course. This can be done in advance at our Sandymount reception desk (open Monday-Thursday 7.30am- 9.15pm; Friday 7.30am- 8.15pm & Saturday 10 am- 4.30pm) with cash or card or through our app on Glofox. Places in each course are limited so we advise you to book early in order to avoid disappointment. Once payment has been provided you will receive an email confirming your place on the course.
