European Volunteer Service

YMCA Dublin is delighted to be part of Erasmus+ / European Voluntary Service (EVS), Action 2 of the European Youth in Action Programme.

In Ireland, this programme is funded by Leargas and we have been part of this programme for 6 years. This year, we are lucky enough to have 6 participants working in our Youthwork Dept, STEP Programme (for early school leavers), Fundraising and Childcare. You can read all about their experiences here in our new EVS blog on tumblr http://dublinymca.tumblr.com/.

Applications are currently closed – please check back in Spring 2016.

EVS Applications 2015/16:

For all who applied for an EVS position at Dublin YMCA for 2015/2016, we thank you very much.

Short listing has now been completed. We had over 300 applications for 6 positions and have therefore been unable to get back to everyone individually. If you have not heard from us by now please assume that you have not been successful in your application this time around.

We will be open again for applications in Feb 2016.

Many Thanks,

EVS Team
