INGREDIENTS

2 large chicken breasts, cut into 3cm strips

  • 800 g frozen peas
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • ½ bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 parsnip, sliced
  • 1 400g/ml can tomato passata
  • a handful of dill
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat and add the chicken.
  2. Fry for a few minutes until about halfway cooked.
  3. Add the onion, carrots, parsnip, and bell pepper and fry them together with the chicken for a few minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, add the water and cook for about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Now add the tomato passata and let it cook for 8-10 more minutes.
  6. Add the frozen peas and the chopped dill and cook for 8-10 more minutes.
