HIIT
HIIT is a form of interval training that involves alternating between intense bursts of exercise and short recovery periods. Each round consists of high-intensity movements that elevate the heart rate to at least 80% of its maximum, followed by brief low-intensity movements.
LBT
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, a Legs, Bums, and Tums (LBT) class suits all fitness levels. This class focuses on toning your legs, glutes, and abs while improving fitness and athleticism. Training your core and lower body is an excellent way to enhance muscle tone, balance, and stability.
Pilates
Pilates classes strengthen your entire body, ensuring all muscles are evenly balanced and conditioned, without over- or under-training any muscle group.
Pilates improves your ability to perform daily activities and sports with greater ease and less risk of injury. Most importantly, it enhances performance, which is why many professional sports teams and elite athletes incorporate Pilates into their training.
Powerblast
Powerblast combines powerlifting techniques with explosive exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and durability during exercise and training. It’s ideal for those looking to build physical strength or enhance general fitness. Whether you’re aiming to gain strength or explore strength training more deeply, this class is perfect for you.
Seniors
Seniors classes are open to anyone aged 50 and above. These classes focus on fundamental movements and exercises designed for a low-impact, enjoyable fitness experience.
Spin HIIT
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves repeated bursts of high-intensity exercise alternated with recovery periods. One of its biggest advantages is that it delivers maximum health benefits in minimal time, making HIIT one of the most time-efficient ways to work out!
Strength & Conditioning
Strength and conditioning is a discipline focused on improving athletic performance. In these classes, you’ll engage in exercises designed to enhance strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance, helping you reach new fitness levels.
Tae Bo
Tae Bo, a blend of martial arts, boxing, and dance moves, is one of the most popular exercise methods ever devised. Developed by martial artist Billy Blanks in 1976, Tae Bo tones the body while providing an effective cardiovascular workout. It’s designed to burn fat, aid in weight loss, and teach self-defense techniques.
