Abs Blast
Abs Blast class is a fitness workout focused on strengthening and toning the abdominal muscles (abs), often referred to as the core. It aims to improve core strength, posture and enhance overall fitness, and it is suitable for all fitness levels.
Barbell Pump
Barbell Pump class is a group fitness workout that uses barbells to perform high-repetition, low-weight exercises. The focus is on shaping, sculpting and toning the entire body through exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. The class aims to build strength and tone muscles.
BLT - Bums Legs & Tums
BLT – Bums, Legs & Tums class is a fitness class that focuses on building strength and toning the muscles of the legs, glutes and abdominal area. It is suitable for all fitness levels and includes exercises like lunges, squats, crunches and more, often incorporating weights and bodyweight exercises.
Box Fit
Boxfit class is a high-intensity, non-contact cardio workout that incorporates boxing techniques to improve strength, agility and overall fitness. It’s suitable for all fitness levels and involves using gloves and pad work, skipping and various boxing drills.
Circuits
Circuits class involves performing a series of different exercises at various stations in a short amount of time, with minimal rest periods between each station. It’s a high-intensity, full-body workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and strength.
HIIT
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class uses a structured approach with alternating high-intensity exercise periods and short recovery periods. HIIT workouts incorporate various exercises, including cardio, strength training or a combination of both. The class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn calories and build strength in a short amount of time.
Kettlebells
Kettlebells class involves a variety of exercises focused on lifting and swinging the kettlebells requiring you to concentrate on your posture and core, whilst working on your cardio and strength training. The class involves exercises like swings, cleans, snatches, presses, and lunges, all using the kettlebell.
Pilates
Pilates class focuses on strengthening core muscles, improving flexibility and enhancing body awareness through precise, controlled movements. Exercises performed on a mat, often focusing on core strength, flexibility, balance and emphasizes slow, controlled movements to engage muscles and improve body awareness.
Powerblast
Powerblast class combines explosive power movements with elements of strength training and bodyweight exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. They often involve a variety of exercises that target multiple muscle groups, providing a comprehensive workout.
S&C Hustle
S&C Hustle class is a fitness class designed to improve overall physical fitness by focusing on exercises that target various muscle groups and energy systems. These classes aim to enhance strength, power, endurance and mobility, often incorporating exercises like weightlifting, bodyweight exercises and cardio drills.
Seniors
Seniors class is designed for older adults and focuses on maintaining or improving physical fitness through a variety of activities. The class emphasizes low-impact exercises, strength training, balance exercises and flexibility work, tailored to accommodate the unique needs and abilities of this age group.
Spin
Spin class is a high-intensity, low-impact indoor cycling workout where participants follow our instructor’s cues on stationary bikes and set to upbeat music. The class aims to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn calories and build lower-body strength, with variations incorporating different training styles like intervals and hill climbs.
Tabata
Tabata class is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout where participants perform exercises at maximal intensity for 30 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times. This intense, short-duration workout can help improve cardio endurance, build strength, and burn calories quickly.
Tae Bo
Tae Bo class is a high-intensity, aerobic exercise class that combines elements of taekwondo and boxing with music and dance. It’s designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance, and flexibility. Tae Bo often incorporates dance moves and upbeat music to make the workout fun and engaging.
