Fitness Classes

Based on 53 Aungier St, Dublin 2 we have fitness classes ranging from Cardio (Spyn, Cardio Attack) to Strength (Strength & Cardio, Killer Bells) to HIIT style classes (HIT24 and Tabata) to core (Yoga, Ballet Sculpt, Core Fusion).

Our classes are on weekdays in the mornings, lunchtimes, the evenings & on Saturday mornings so you are sure to find a class that suits you.

All our classes are suitable for all fitness levels as the fitness will vary the intensity, reps or weight for each person and modify any of the exercises to suit you.

We offer to pay as you go fitness classes from only €6 or memberships from as low as €25 per month. We have no joining fees on any of our memberships and as we are a social enterprise gym 100% of our profits support our work with young people in Dublin’s inner city.

Our trainers combine only the best and proficient exercises to get the most out of the workout while using a variety of equipment, ranging from boxing gloves to weights. No workout is the same as the next one.

Strength And Cardio

This class is a combination of two training principles that will help you become stronger in your day-to-day activities, as well as help increase your lung capacity and strengthen your cardiovascular conditioning. A combination of weights and well thought out fast exercises to help you get stronger and increase your stamina, all in one amazing class


Our Spyn classes involve a total body workout, where you can pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises An overall body workout is achieved without the use of any other equipment. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Cardio Attack

This interval training class is designed to get your heart rate up and burn your muscles.  This is a whopper of a workout, using just your bodyweight!

Box Fit

Boxing for fitness class that is guaranteed to burn an enormous amount of calories for people of all fitness levels! Get fit through various boxing drills, combined with muscular endurance drills and cardiovascular training, working all of your major muscle groups. This is a complete body workout that will have you boxing your way to a fitter you.


HIIT24 is a high intensity interval training system catered for advanced fitness levels.

Shredded + Abs

This interval training class will alternate between weight training segments and cardiovascular exercises with some abs exercises to give you a total body workout. This is complete body challenge endurance!


Tabata training is the perfect way to increase your aerobic and anaerobic systems and burn a ton of calories in a short period of time. If you want to get fit, tone up and have a limited amount of time, this is the perfect workout for you.

Killer Bells

Using kettlebells, barbells and dumbells to combine compound movement with lightweight loads and high reps you will work multiple muscles at a time to really burn fat, gain strength and tone all over!


Vinyasa Flow is a strong and dynamic style of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body, while building strength and stamina.

We start with a 2-3 minutes body and breath awareness, and finish with a few minutes of relaxation.

Core Fusion

A strong core means flat abs! A toned flexible body along with a healthy beating heart depends on the core. Core Fusion is a combination of yoga, pilates, Tai Chi, Martial Arts, and sports conditioning training into one beneficial workout that will certainly develop the strength of your core.

Ballet Sculpt

This extraordinary legs, hips, stomach shaping and calorie burning class fuses skills and techniques from dance with low impact moves while being designed for the non-dancer. It’s like vertical Pilates!It will teach the abs to behave as a “corset” to tighten and flatten your stomach while strengthening the core. Opposite from Pilates, this class is on your feet!
