At YMCA Sandymount gym we have fitness classes ranging from HIT24 to Shredded to Cardio Attack to Trainer’s Choice.
All our classes are suitable for all fitness levels as the fitness will vary the intensity, reps or weight for each person and modify any of the exercises to suit you.
We offer to pay as you go fitness classes from only €8 or memberships from as low as €25 per month. We have no joining fees on any of our memberships.
With this class our trainers let their imagination run wild to come up with some of the most amazing exercise combinations, which are sure to keep you working hard. Our trainers combine only the best and proficient exercises to get the most out of the workout while using a variety of equipment, ranging from boxing gloves to weights. No workout is the same as the next one.

This interval training class is designed to get your heart rate up and burn your muscles. This is a whopper of a workout, using just your bodyweight!
HIIT24 is a high intensity interval training system catered for advanced fitness levels.
Shredded + Abs
This interval training class will alternate between weight training segments and cardiovascular exercises with some abs exercises to give you a total body workout. This is complete body challenge endurance!
Using kettlebells, barbells and dumbells to combine compound movement with lightweight loads and high reps you will work multiple muscles at a time to really burn fat, gain strength and tone all over!
