Senior Classes – Aungier St.
Our senior classes at the YMCA are open to people 50 years plus. Our classes are based on fundamental movements, exercises and techniques catered around a low impact enjoyable fitness experience. Our senior fitness classes are a combination of both gym and studio based workouts where your progress will be monitored.
There are many benefits to our Senior classes. Promotion of healthy joints and muscles, which will improve day to day function and will manifest well in other daily activities such as walking or stretching. This will improve physical and mental wellbeing which means better vitality over the years.
Days and Times
Our seniors classes operate three times per week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 11.30am.
Covid 19 Update;
During Lockdown our Seniors have been added to our Seniors Whatsapp Group, each week we provide an at home workout for our participants to take whilst we are in lockdown.
Classes cost €4 per class and you can pay as you go or alternatively we have a 10 Class Package available for €26.50.
