Choose between 3, 6 and 12 months membership at our Dublin city centre gym.

Any of the three memberships will give you full unlimited access to our gym and fitness classes.

Gym equipment includes squat racks, bench press,  spin bikes, prowler, rower, treadmills, machine weights, free weights, punch bag, battle ropes & more.

Fitness classes vary from cardio ( spyn; step aerobics; beginners step) to core (Ballet Sculpt; Pilates; Beginner Pilates; Core Fusion; Core Yoga) to weights based (Strength & Conditioning Circuits; Barbells & Kettlebells; Power Hour; Military Bootcamp; FIT; Shredded; Box & Bells; Box Fit; 50/50)

Please bring proof of ID and 2 passport sized photographs with you on your first visit to the YMCA gym.
