The Silver package gives you access to 4 of the Bootcamp classes in 4 weeks.
This four-week course will help you burn fat, build muscle and improve your overall fitness routine while you enjoy a fun, outdoor, group workout. You will be guided by our team of fitness professionals who will motivate and encourage you to get the most out of each workout.
It is suitable for all fitness levels and once the course is finished our trainers will design a customised workout programme for you so you can continue with all your hard work.
Sandymount Bootcamp starts on 4th July and runs every Wednesday at 7pm and Fridays at 7pm.
