- Group personal training classes: twice a week for 6 weeks with the Body Transformation Group.
- Access to the YMCA Gym.
- Access to all YMCA classes.
- Ongoing mentoring & support.
- Final body measurements and ongoing training plan.
Our Body Transformation challenge is designed to get you in the shape of your life in just 6 weeks! If you want to change your body then this is the challenge for you. Change your lifestyle, create new habits, learning what exercises work for you and the correct techniques to perform them. You will be motivated and guided by your personal trainer into starting a newer, healthier lifestyle. No matter what your fitness goals are whether you want to lose weight, tone up, build muscle or to give yourself a new fitness regime for 2017-this challenge is suitable for you.
New courses start the week of 24th June 2019 in both Aungier St and Sandymount.
