Support After School & Youth Services at YMCA Dublin's Northside Community Hubs

YMCA Dublin is launching two new Community Hubs in North Dublin in Summer 2025, and we’re building a dynamic team to lead this exciting new chapter. We’re now recruiting an After School & Youth Work Supervisor to support the launch and delivery of key services for children and young people in these communities.

About The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role based at our new hubs in De Verdon Place (Malahide Road, Dublin 17) and Parkside (Belmayne, Dublin 13). The Supervisor will coordinate after-school care for primary-aged children, lead youth work sessions for those aged 8+, and support the delivery of full-day programmes during school holidays.

You’ll also supervise staff and volunteers, engage directly with children and families, and help embed play-inspired, trauma-informed practice in a brand new setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in childcare or youth work who is excited about helping build something from the ground up.
