Youth Support Worker

(Full-time)

We are seeking a passionate and committed Youth Support Worker to deliver our dynamic, strengths-based youth and mentoring services. This is a hands-on role working with young people aged 12–19 across our Aungier Street and North Dublin locations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting one-to-one volunteer mentoring
  • Facilitating in-school peer mentoring groups
  • Co-leading evening and seasonal youth work projects
  • Working in partnership with schools, families, and community services

This role is ideal for someone with strong facilitation skills, a trauma-informed approach, and a passion for early intervention and positive youth development.

Réidh Support Worker

(Part-time)

We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join our Réidh programme, which supports young International Protection Applicants and Refugees aged 16–30. This role is based at our Aungier Street site and involves leading social integration activities and group programmes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating weekly social events like Community Connect
  • Facilitating group volunteering and cultural activities
  • Building trust-based relationships with participants
  • Supporting community integration and confidence-building

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, culturally sensitive, and committed to inclusive, trauma-informed practice.
