YMCA Dublin is currently recruiting a School Age Childcare Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality after-school services across multiple sites.

About The Role
The School Age Childcare Coordinator will play a key part in our childcare team, overseeing School Age Childcare delivery across all YMCA Dublin hubs – including Aungier Street and our new centres opening soon.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating after-school and holiday childcare provision across locations.
Supporting School Age Childcare teams and supervisors to maintain high-quality, play-based services.
Ensuring compliance with Tusla and other relevant standards.
Leading staff training, rostering, and team development.
Who We’re Looking For
You are an experienced childcare professional with:
A Level 7 or 8 qualification in Childcare or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Tusla-registered SAC setting, with at least 2 in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, quality assurance, and multi-site coordination.
A full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites is required.
