One year ago, YMCA Dublin launched Réidh Careers with the mission of empowering individuals and creating opportunities for growth and belonging.

From Support to Success: The Impact in Numbers
In just one year, Réidh Careers has achieved remarkable results:
- 117 individuals supported: Personalised guidance and resources have helped participants navigate their employment and integration journeys.
- 72 graduates of the flagship employability course: Participants gained essential skills, enhancing their confidence and readiness for the workplace.
- Diverse post-programme outcomes: Graduates have achieved significant milestones, including 24 individuals securing part-time employment and 15 participants entering full-time employment. A further 16 participants are pursuing further education and training, laying a strong foundation for their long-term success. Many participants also continue to gain internships and undertake further training in preparation for their careers.

Réidh Careers is about more than employment. At its core, Réidh addresses the challenges asylum seekers and refugees face as they adjust to life in Ireland. From understanding workplace systems to overcoming cultural barriers, Réidh equips participants with the skills and confidence to thrive.
